Marston Parkway is the name of my "OO" Gauge layout, depicting elements of the UK Great Western Main Line. Hopefully over the next few months as it takes shape, I will be able to provide some inspiration to modellers starting out in building their own layout.
In tandem with creating the layout, I spend a lot of time detailing and customising the stock I intend to run on it, all I need now is a layout to run them on!

My Aims
I am aiming to build a layout which uses DCC and computer control. The location is an imaginary junction between Didcot and Swindon where First Great Western, Thames, Virgin, Charter, freight and local services pass through. It will be based in the period 1998-2008, allowing an elastic time frame with differing period stock.
DCC & Computer Control
The current planning stage has allowed me to try out various DCC systems with the aim of implementing full computer control, a pretty daunting subject, but with the help of numerous other modellers I'm getting there!
My Work Bench
So far I have had plenty of practice bashing mostly off the shelf ready to run products, upgrading, detailing and weathering them. I also have a sideline in applying the very latest liveries and logos.
Commissions
I am quite happy to consider commissions for the type of stock, resprays and conversions that you'll find in my Gallery, just email me and I'll do my best to help.
I've collated all of the videos kindly sent to me by people who've bought my custom locos, showing them running on their layouts - click here to view.

One of the team that run the superb Widnes Vine Yard has sent me a video clip of my DB Schenker Class 67 at last weekend's Crewe expo - very chuffed to see it on such a fantastic layout!
Managed to complete Colas Rail's new Class 66, 66841, details here.

After a few slow weeks modelling-wise, got round to finishing 3 projects, a pair of Colas Class 56s and another DB Schenker 37, this time 37670. Currently hard at work completing a Colas Shed and a complete Network Rail New Measurement Train...(phew!)
